Acupuncture is an ancient technique that originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using fine needles, specific points on the body are stimulated to influence the natural flow of energy. The aim is to detect imbalances and restore harmony between body and mind.
This approach is based on a holistic view of the human being: it considers the body, mind, emotions, and environment as one interconnected whole.

During the first session, an in-depth conversation takes place, followed by a pulse and tongue diagnosis. This allows me to gain a complete picture of who you are and what is happening within you at that moment. Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is created. Since this initial assessment takes more time, the first session usually lasts a bit longer than the follow-up sessions.

Once the needles are placed, you will lie down quietly for about twenty minutes.
This is an invitation to slow down and turn your attention inward. If desired, soft music can be played to help deepen this sense of relaxation.
